摘要
文中针对不等厚焊缝缺陷提出了一种超专用检测技术,利用正交超声探头组对焊缝进行扫描检测,可较好解决钢质药筒不等厚薄板焊缝缺陷的在线自动无损检测。
A way of ultrasonic inspection technique of the welds in the steel pipes with different thickness is put forward. The welds are scanned and inspected with orthogonal probes group, and the online inspection of the welds is accomplished well.
