摘要
本文对U形管换热器管束的固有频率进行了理论分析和实验研究。运用Hamilton变分原理推导了半园弧管振动的微分方程;提出了计算U形管固有频率的模型,得到了计算U形管固有频率的理论计算公式。根据不同的边界条件,推导出U形管的频率方程。用数值方法解频率方程,得到了计算各种U形管固有频率的频率参数并与实测值进行了比较,结果表明,理论计算值不必修正就可应用,方法简便,适合于工程计算和预测校核。
This paper reviews the theoretical and experimental investigation on the natural frequency of U-tubes of the heat exchanger. With the help of Hamilton's principle, the differential equations for free vibration of a circular bend are derived. The analytical model for calculating the natural frequency of U-tubes is establshed, i.e., the ends of a circular benb are elastically supported by straight tubes. The theoretical formula for calculating the frequency of U-tubes and the frequency equations of U-tubes at different boundary conditions are obtained. The frequency parameters Pc, which are gotton by numerical method, agree with the experimental results. The test results also show that theoreti, cal formula is not only accurate, but simple in formulation and convenient for practical use as well.
