摘要
本文对聚碳酸酯和玻璃纤维增强聚碳酸酯在不同温度下的冲击强度及断口形貌特征进行了研究。结果表明:聚碳酸酯低温冲击断口上的平坦区对应着形成的单一初始银纹;增强聚碳酸酯的冲击强度随温度的变化规律反映了断裂机制的变化,相同的断裂机制下,冲击强度取决于材料的强度,塑性的综合作用。
In the paper, the impact strength and fracture surface morphology at different testing temperature of polycarbonate (PC) and glass fiber reforced polycarbonate (FRPC) were studied. The results show: The smooth area on PC impact fracture surface at -196℃ is corresponding to the single craze formed before fracture. The varying rule of impact strength of FRPC with testing temperature reflects the changes of fracture mechanism. With the same fracture mechanism, the impact strength of FRPC depends on both strength and plastic behaviour of materials.
