摘要
根据啮合原理和活齿传动的理论 ,在摆杆活齿传动简化机构的基础上 ,分析推导出机构齿形综合的方程式 ,并利用AUTOCAD绘出其齿形图。根据微分几何理论 ,推出中心轮齿形曲率的计算公式并绘出其曲率半径的变化曲线。给出了中心轮齿形不发生顶切的条件式。
In this paper, the movable tooth drive theory and the mesh principle are applied to make structural analysis. The movable tooth shape synthesis equations are deduced and analyzed, based on simplifying structure of the swing-rod movable tooth. The tooth shape is drawn by use of AUTOCAD. And the tooth shape curvature formulas are deduced to be used of the theory of differential geometry.
