摘要
在曲柄摇杆机构设计中 ,极位夹角θ ,摇杆摆角的确定 ,直接影响到机构达到一定传力性能的可能性 ,这一可能性即可由铰链中心A取点范围Δt来表示。我们利用计算机分析了θ、和铰链中心A取点范围Δt之间的关系 ,从而将θ、的确定与传力性能相联系。当一定时 ,随着θ值增大 ,满足rmin≥ [r]的A点取值范围Δt越少 ,当θ >θ极大 时 ,Δt值减少为零 ,机构不能满足传力性能的要求。此外 ,还得出不同值时所对应的θ极大 值 ,并以θmax—曲线表示了与θ极大 之间关系 ,为实际设计中 ,机构急回程度及摆角的确定提供了依据。
In the course of designing crank and rocker mechanism, the value of polar-place included angle, rocker swing angle will have an influence on the performance of force-transfering. The passibility depends on the scope within which hinge center A is setted, Computer sofetwares was applied to analyse the relation between polar-place included angle, rocker swing angle and scope of center settling. If the rocker swing angle remains unchage with in increasing of value θ , the scope hinge center will reduce. When θ>θ max ,the Δt will cut down to zero, and the mechanism can not meet demands of force-transfering. If Φ changes, θ max will change. The researches provided a theoretical foundation for the design of crank and rocker mechanism.
