摘要
大型齿轮误差在机测量方法具有很强的优越性 ,但由于被测齿轮不做二次安装对正 ,使得在机测量测不出齿轮误差的安装偏心影响成分 ,故对所测数据进行补偿是必要的。本文通过对径向振摆数据的谐波特征分析 ,建立了安装偏心的测定模型 。
The on-machine inspection is of great significance for large gears. Because of the eccentric of the work piece, the necessary compensation must be made to the measured results. By analyzing the harmonic features of the radial run-out of the gear, an eccentric compensation model is presented for accumulative pitch error of gear tooth.
