摘要
本文介绍了一种检测磁光盘存贮信息的静态测试装置。本装置具有读、写、擦位于同一光路的特点,其直流读出功率的输出可以从对电光晶体预置偏压或检偏器和电光晶体之间预置偏振轴得到;并试用了磁光石榴石单晶薄膜调制器来测量1微米左右磁域的克尔效应,以提高观察和测量的灵敏度。
This paper introduces a static test set-up of measuring magneto-optic memorized information. This set-up puts optical path of reading, writing and earsi-ng on line. The reading of direct current power is got under the par-bias of electro-optic crystal or per-setting axis of polarization between analizer and elactro-optic crystal. To measure Korr effect on one micron magnetic area and to increase view and measurement sensitivity, a magneto-optic garnet single crystal film modulator is adopted.
