摘要
对离合器打滑期间压力机工作机构进行了运动分析 ,建立了最终打击力、工件变形功之间关系的数学模型 ,作出了力能关系曲线。最终打击力不大于名义打滑力时 ,该曲线近似为一段抛物线 ;最终打击力高于名义打滑力时 ,该曲线取决于离合器打滑前的工件变形功 ,近似为一直线。此力能关系曲线还表明 ,当打击期间飞轮释放的能量达到其允许的极限值时 ,即使离合器打滑前工件吸收了较多的变形功 。
An analysis is made of the motion of working mechanism during slipping of the clutch of a clutch screw press, a mathematical model is established for determination of relationship between ultimate blow force and deformation energy of work piece, and a force-energy relationship curve is obtained. The curve consists of two segments, one segment is approximately a part of a parabola which is corresponding the ultimate blow force lower than nominal slipping force, the other segment is approximately a straight line which is determined by the deformation energy of work piece before slipping of the clutch. The curve also shows that when energy released by the flywheel reaches its permissible limit at the end of blowing, the ultimate blow force may approach hard blow force of the press even if the work piece consumed a large amount of the energy before clutch slipping.
