摘要
介绍了多晶莫来石纤维在梁、底组合步进式加热炉上的使用效果。实践表明 ,应用这种耐火纤维 ,不但解决了过去炉顶工作寿命短的问题 ,而且每年可增产线材 40 0 0t,吨钢坯燃耗下降 0 1 45GJ。
This paper introduces the application effect of multicrystal mullite refractory fiber in walking furnace with unity of beam and bottom.The practice of production showed that using of this kind of fiber not only solved the life problem of the furnaces' top,but also increased the production of wire 4000t per year and reduced the energy consumption 0 145GJ per year.it greatly improved the operation situation and maintaining of furnaces.
