摘要
介绍了利用配料控制器CB92 0及可编程控制器PLC开发的微机控制自动物料配比系统 ,可以根据生产工艺的要求设定各种物料的混合比例 ,并实现自动定量送料与混合 ,有效地保证了配料质量 。
The computer control system mixing automatically materials in proportion developed by using CB920 and PLC is introduced. This system can set up the materials' proportion according to the technological process,and realize automatical transporing quantitatively the materials and mixing them. All these ensure mixing quality and increase the labour productivity.
