摘要
临床应用中,对人工心脏的输出流量进行及时、精确的检测十分必要,但实现起来却比较困难。针对江苏大学生物医学工程研究所研制的叶轮式人工心脏,笔者提出应用神经网络技术对血泵的输入功率p和转速n进行处理,从而间接测量流量的新方法,并应用单片机予以实现。该流量测量系统能够实现快速、无创性自动检测,具有成本低、使用方便、精度高(95%)等特点,满足临床应用要求。
It is important, but now it is difficult to measure pump flow accurately in the clinical application. The authors put forward a new method on the application of a neural network to noninvasive output estimation, based on driving motor parameters of a rotary artificial heart developed in our institute. A flow estimation system, which can measure flow rate rapidly and automatically, was developed. With good virtues of low cost, easy use, satisfying accuracy ( error < 5 % ) etc. , the device meets the need of clinical application.
