摘要
基于计算机视觉摄像测量方法由于其固有的非接触测量特点,在工业生产过程中应用越来越广泛。本文根据连铸板坯运动图像特征,利用直线相关约束和检测区域空间隔离滤波方法,成功实现连铸板坯长度在线实时跟踪测量。实际应用结果表明,该方法有效地克服了连铸板坯表面氧化铁皮对实际板坯边缘实时检测的严重干扰,提高了视觉测量系统的坚固性和可靠性。
Computer vision measurement technique has been applied in industry production process more and more widely with its natural non contact measurement characteristic . The paper realized the continuos casting slab length of on - line tracking measurement system successfully with application of line related constraint and space filter of measuring area according to the features of continuos casting slab image. The result shows that image noise disturb of oxyaustenite is overcome and the reliability and robustness is enhanced promptly .
