摘要
介绍了一种用测色法来判断滴定终点的全自动酸碱滴定仪。该仪器采用蠕动泵驱动滴定剂,用光电开关检测滴定剂滴数,根据滴数计算所用滴定剂的体积。测量的全过程由微型计算机控制,自动完成滴定过程,实现对微量离子浓度的测量。具体给出了酸碱滴定原理、总体结构及硬件配置。在该滴定装置中,没有与滴定剂溶液接触的活塞,同一滴定装置就可用于酸、碱滴定,简化了滴定装置。
An automatic acidbase titrator using method of the color measurement to judge the end of titration is developed. The titrator adopts the peristaltic pump to drive the titrant, and adopts the optical switch to detect the number of drip. The volume of titrant used could be computed according to the number of drip. With the control of microcomputer, the titration can be performed automatically, and then the measurement of microion concentration can be realized. The principle of acidbase titration, structure of the titrator and hardware arrangement are described. The titration equipment does not equipped piston that contacts directly to the titrant solution, thus the same titration equipment can be used for acid, alkali titration, and the titration equipment is simplified.
