摘要
CCD拼接技术是一种能够有效满足CCD相机视场覆盖宽度要求的专用技术。CCD的视场拼接可用于反射式光学系统,不会引入附加的色差。TDICCD是一种新型的、可在低照度环境下成像的器件,其结构与普通的线阵CCD完全不同。介绍了TDICCD的视场拼接技术,并根据TDICCD的结构和成像特性,对TDICCD的视场拼接进行了分析。结果表明,在吸收和借鉴光学拼接工艺和操作经验的基础上,完成了对TDICCD的视场拼接工作,使视场拼接精度达到了设计要求。
Butting is an important technology in CCD camera. A new method of butting is proposed, which is field butting of TDICCD. With this method, the task is finished, and a good result is obtained. Field butting is a new technology in CCD camera. With the development of CCD camera, field butting will be an important operation in the future. Comparing with optical butting, field butting is of advanced portrait. Butting technology of TDICCD is introduced. According to the characteristics of TDICCD, the method to assemble TDICCD to the focus plate and controlling the position precision is analyzed.
