In comparison with other countries, in such respects as the share holder structure, share right collecting and distributing structure, share type structure, share right circulating structure of the enterprises of our country, there exist clear defects, they centrally display as the share right structure is over complicated, over concentrates in the state. So they should be regulated . improved in accordance with the state situation of our country and foreign successful models.
