包钢3号高炉硅砖热风炉快速凉炉及再烘炉实践

Practice of rapid cooling and rapid heating up of silica brick hot stoves for Baotou Steel's No. 3 BF

为了配合3号高炉中修,对高炉硅砖热风炉实施了快速凉炉、快速烘炉操作。通过对硅砖热风炉凉炉和烘炉方案的合理确定,实现了安全凉炉和再烘炉。经过凉炉和再烘炉的硅砖热风炉投入生产后,热风炉关键部位(拱顶、联络管、热风出口)的炉壳表面温度没有出现过热现象,工作正常。

During the period of intermediate repair of Baotou Steel's No. 3 BF, rapid cooling and rapid heating up of silica brick hot stoves is successfully proceeded because of working out a rational scheme. Operation of silica brick hot stoves is good after putting into production.
