摘要
莱钢 110 k V银山新站联络线设计采用 TV电压切换装置进行电能计量 ,由于设计存在缺陷使计量产生较大误差。为此 ,对计量系统进行改造 ,增设计量配套专用 TV、TA并减少计量点 ,从而消除了计量误差 ,减少了电量损失 ,每年可产生效益 73万元。
The TV switch set is used to measure electric energy at the Laigang Yinshan 110kV new transformer substation. Because of the designing objection there exists a great of measuring error. To eliminate the measuring error, the measuring system is reformed by adding the measuring complement matching expert TV and TA and reducing the measuring points, then the loss of quantity of electricity is reduced, and the benefit can be obtained by 0.73 million Yuan per year.
