Analyzes the reasons of shear distortion and not enough capacity of the shearing machine because of vertical cutting, designs oblique cutting of bars and improves the design of the shearing machine. Therefore the shearing load is decreased, the shear flaws are eliminated, the cutting capacity of the shearing machine is increased, and the annual benefit reaches about 2 million Yuan.
