摘要
通过对冷却水、传热管以及垢层的分析检验 ,发现氨冷凝器传热管泄漏是由冷却水对金属的电化学腐蚀引起的。水垢与锈垢的形成导致传热管内壁金属受到垢下腐蚀 ,垢下腐蚀对金属材料的穿进速度大 ,形成凹坑以至穿孔。另外 ,传热管原始内表面粗糙不平整、不清洁加速了腐蚀与成垢 ,原材料的非金属夹杂物存在也降低材料抗腐蚀的能力。
It was found that the leakage cause of the ammonia condenser tubes was the electrochemical corrosion due to the cooling water based on the analysis on the cooling water,tubes and the scales.The present of scale and rust on the inside tube wall led to the pits and penetration of the tubed wall due to corrosion beneath scale. In addition,the roughness and uncleanness of the original surface of heat transfer tubes accelerated corrosion and scale.Non-metallic impurities of the tube material reduced corrosion-resistant ability.Finally,this paper presented the counter protective measures based on this case study.
