钢制压力容器焊接CAPP系统的研究与实现

Research and Complishment of Welding CAPP for Steel Pressure Vessel

以Delphi5 .0作为开发平台 ,基于《钢制压力容器焊接工艺规程》(JB/T4 70 9— 2 0 0 0 )等标准 ,开发出钢制压力容器焊接CAPP系统。本系统运行时 ,采用人机对话的方式 ,在必要环节根据屏幕上的界面提示 ,人为作出判断 ,可有效制订焊接工艺卡以及进行焊接工艺的管理 。

Based on some manufacture standard, a welding CAPP system for pressure vessel was introduced by using Delphi5. By the man-computer talking, the system could effectively design and manage the WPC(welding procedure card).This software was very useful for enterprises which manufacture pressure vessel, and especially remarkable to improve worker's efficiency.
