试论有色金属矿山关闭企业的战略转移

Discussion on a strategic shift of shutdown of nonferrous mine enterprises

针对我国一些有色金属矿山面临资源枯竭、企业经营困难的问题 ,国家实行了矿山关闭破产政策 ,这些企业的战略转移成为当务之急。本文以有色金属矿山关闭企业面临的挑战和机遇为出发点 ,把企业外部环境分析作为确定战略转移的基本条件 ,把企业内部的剩余资源和竞争实力分析作为确定是否实施战略转移的根本依据 ,进而明确有色金属矿山关闭企业的战略转移趋势 ,即原有产业的延伸扩展或进入新行业的战略转移。
