摘要
针对某大型金锑共生矿床的矿石中 ,辉锑矿嵌布粒度粗大且易泥化和易氧化、金矿物嵌布粒度相对较细等特点 ,选矿采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别的重选—浮选工艺流程 ,获得了产率30 4 5 %、金品位 2 2 2 1g/t、锑品位 5 5 2 2 %的金锑混合精矿 ,金、锑选矿回收率分别为 91 2 7%、94 2 0 %。所得金锑混合精矿经湿法浸出分离金、锑 ,锑浸出率达 98 5 6 % ,进入锑浸液的金仅占4 19% ;并分别对锑浸液、浸锑渣综合回收锑、金进行了研究 。
There is a kind of associated mineral of gold and antimony in a certain mine.The grain of stibnite disseminated in it is coarse and easy to be changed into mud state while the gold grain disseminated in it is relatively small.According to such characteristic,it is acceptable to adopt the process flow of gravity-flotation of stage grinding and stage separating.By this way,the recovery rate of the mixed Au Sb concentrate is 30.45%.Of the concentrate the Au content is 22.21g/t ,the Sb content is 55.22%.The ore dressing recovery rate of Au and Sb are 91.27% and 94.20% respectively.The acquired Au-Sb concentrate is subject to wet leaching to separate Au and Sb.The leaching rate of Sb is 98.56%.The gold contained in leaching solution of Sb only occupies 4.19%.The synthetic recovery of Au and Sb from the leaching solution of Sb and leaching residue are studied achieving better result.
