摘要
本文在应用原子荧光光谱法测定食品中汞含量,对逐级稀释配制的单元素标准溶液测量过程等进行全面分析,从不确定度来源和量化不确定度分量等方面进行研究。
Determination of mercury in food using Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was addressed. The analysis of step diluted element standard solution was carried out. The source of uncertainty and quantized uncertainty component were researched.
