超细高纯钛酸锶的研制

Synthesis of highly pure and ultrafine strontium titanate powder

摘要 本文采用化学沉淀法研制超细高纯SrTiO_3粉料。通过化学分析、粒度分析、原子吸收光谱分析、XRD和TG—DTA等手段,研究了反应温度、反应浓度、加料速度、煅烧温度对粉料性能的影响。制得之SrTiO_3粉料纯度≥99.9%,平均粒径<1μ,SrO/TiO_2(摩尔比)为1.00左右。 Highly pure and ultrafine SrTiO_3 powder was prepared by chemical co-precipitation. The influence of reaction temperature, concentration of reagents, rate of reagents addition, calcination temperature on properties of powder were investigated by chemical analysis, partical size analysis, AAS, XRD and TG-DTA. SrTiO_3 powder, a puriety not less than 99.9%, average partical size less than lu and SrO/TiO_2 molar ratio about 1, was obtained.
