摘要 本文初步报道了Pb—Ag—Ca合金阳极用于电解MnO_2(EMD)的实验研究工作,经二周期(一周期为30天)的连续电解,电流密度(i.d)稳定在80~90A/m^2,槽压稳定在2.5V以下,电流效率平均为约90%,所得产品约3Kg作成Ⅰ号电池测得电性能数据如下。(平均值):开路电压为1.76V,短路电流为8.5A。负载为3.9Ω连放时间(从1.64~0.9V)466分,样品均匀率为97.15%。含Pb量经微分脉冲极谱测定为0.4~0.5%。本研究为Pb—Ag—Ca合金阳极用于EMD生产工业化试验提供了实验室数据。 This paper reports an experimental research on Pb—Ag—Ca alloy anode to electrolytic MnO_2 (EMD). The voltage of electrolyser is stable below 2.5 V. The current density (i.d) is stable on 80~90A/m^2. The current efficiency is average of 90% in two periods (30 days each period). Batteries №1 are made from about 3Kg productor of EMD. The average openning voltage and shorting current are 1.76V and 8.5A respectively. The average time of continuous dscharge (from 1.64V to 0.9V) in a load of 3.90hm is 466 minutes. The homogeneity of the batterieo is 97.15%. The Pb content in the EMD is0.4~0.5%. by differential Pulse Polargraphy analyse. The research supplies laberatory data on industrializing test of Pb—Ag—Ca alloy anode used to produce EMD
