To carry out the spirits of the 16th Conference of CPC,we must have a deep understanding of the'three represents'and carry out the'four musts'in the'three represents',keep going forward with the time,deepen the educational reform and innovation,promote quality education and train as many qualified professionals for the modern socialist construction as possible.
