This article establishes a new contemporary management mode by analysing and synthesizing ancient traditional Chinese management thoughts contained in traditional Chinese culture. Management is a process cultivating one's moral character and reassuring the people. During the process, we must carry out managerial principles of emotion, benefit, law and ethics and take military strategy in order to achieve the highest managerial state, 'Governing by doing nothing that goes against nature'.
