摘要
本研究采取产奶期奶牛和胆汁引流黑熊的毛发和血液样品,测定其必需微量元素Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Zn和非必需元素Cd、Pb的含量,建立所测微量元素图谱并进行比较。测定结果表明,这两类在分类学和生产性能上完全不同的动物的毛发Co、Zn、Cd的含量有显著差异(p<0.05),Mn、Cu和Pb的含量有极显著差异(p<0.01);在两类动物血液中Mn、Fe、Co、Cd、Pb的含量均有极业著差异(p<0.001),而其Cu、Zn含量无明显差异(p>0.05)。通过微量元素图谱的比较研究发现,两类动物的毛发微量元素图谱的图形明显不同,尤其是Mn和Cu元素在其谱线上的位置相距较远,有明显分离现象;而两类动物血液微量元素图谱的整体图形基本一致,尽管其谱线并不重合,但说明在两类高等哺礼动物血液中的各种微量元素的浓度水平,似乎比其毛发中的微量元素水平具有更为稳定的比例或动态平衡关系,机体的稳恒调节机制在血液内比毛发中更为有效。作者认为微量元素图谱比较研究的技术及其发现将有可能用于动物分类学等领域的研究,更有助于动物矿物质添加剂的研制和应用。
For comparative research on trace element spectral diagram (TESD) of animals which are different in Taxology and productive performance,the hair and blood samples were taken from 10 milking cows and 10 bile—draining bears (selenarctos thibetanus cuvier). The levels of 7 elements in samples were determined and the TESDs were drawed on the coordinate charts.The spectral modes of trace elements in the hairs from animals differ from each other, especially the positions for Mn and Cu on the two spectra lines are farther away than those for other elements. However, the TESD modes of blood from Cows and bears are similar to each other. That means the trace elements concentrations in the blood seem to be more proportionable than those in the hair from both of animals. The TESD technique and the discovery in the work might be employed in the taxological study as well as be helpful with making feed supplementation.
