摘要
本实验用氮分子激光(λ=337.1毫微米)脉冲连续照射猪皮肤,脉冲频率为30赫兹,脉宽约4.5毫微秒,观察照后24小时内的皮肤红斑反应,经统计学分析,MRD_(50)约8.3焦耳/厘米~2。
The pig skin was exposed to repetitively pulsed nitrogen . laser, 30 Hz In frequency and 4.5 ns in pulse-width. The exposed skin area was examined within 24h postirradiation. By statistical analysis of relationship between cutaneous erythema rate and irradiation dose, the MRD50 about 8. 3J/cm2 was obtained.
