摘要
△I噪声是电子电路设计过程中经常遇到的问题,它不但影响同一集成芯片其他门电路的正常工作,还会影 响其他集成芯片的正常工作。本文主要论述△I噪声的产生机理、危害性和抑制方法。
The regular problem in the electron & electrocircuit design is △I noises. The △I noises not only effect the other parts' working in the same IC, but also effect other ICs' working. AI noises production,harm and control are mainly discussed in this paper.
