本文介绍了移动通信业务发展的特点,阐述了移动通信业务标准的重要性和紧迫性,并分别说明了OMA组织和我国标准及相关标准的主要进展。
This article describes the characteristic for mobile telecommunication service. The needs for the relevant standard are important and urgent and the main progress made by OMA and native standard committee is introduced.
