摘要
通过测定并综合分析比较各木霉菌株的拮抗作用、产孢时间、产孢量、生长速度以及对多种植物病原菌的寄生能力,从382个木霉菌株中筛选出T-150号菌株,可供下一步整齐小菌核的生物防治研究用。
One antibiotic Trichoderma strain T-150 was screened from 382 strains by testing and comparing their antibiotic action,time and amount of spore production, mycelian growth and parasitic ability on several plant pathogens. It may be studied for further biological control on Sclerotium rolfsii.
