贵州主要菜区小菜蛾抗药性调查 被引量:24

INVSTIGATION ON RESISTANCE OF DIAMOND-BACK MOTH TO INSECTICIDES IN GUIZHOU

摘要 本文采用FAO推荐的小菜蛾抗药性测定方法,对贵阳、遵义、安顺、都匀、铜仁、毕节等贵州主要菜区的小菜蛾作抗药性调查,以武汉敏感种群为对照,结果表明:①有机磷杀虫剂:贵阳、遵义、安顺三种群对敌敌畏形成了1~3倍不明显的抗性;六个主要菜区种群对马拉硫磷均形成了不同程度的抗性;贵阳、遵义、安顺三种群对杀螟松形成了3~31倍的抗性;②拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂:对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯,除铜仁、毕节两种群较敏感外,其余四个种群均形成了不同程度的抗性;沙蚕毒素杀虫剂:六个主要菜区种群对杀虫双、杀螟丹(巴丹)、杀虫环(易卫杀)均有较高的敏感水平,还没有形成抗性。 Using the method of FAO, diamond-back moth's resistance to insecticides in Cuiyang,Zenyi,Anshun,Duyin,Tong-ren and Bijie districts was determined. The check was sensitive line of Wuhan.The results obtained in this paper as follows: ( 1 )To organophosphorus insecticides: The three groups of Cuiyang, Zenyi and Anshun had formed 1 - 3 times of resistance to rtdichlorvos. The different resistance to malathion had formed in all of six districts.The three groups of Cuiyang, Zenyi and Anshun had formed 3-31 times of resistance to fenitrothion. ( 2) To pyrethroids insecticides:The two groups of Tong-ren and Bijie were sensitive and other four groups had formed different resistance to cypermethrin,delta and permethrin. ( 3 )To nereistoxin insecticides-All of the six groups of diamond-back moth had no resistance to dimehypo, cartap and thiocyclam.
