摘要 本文于1990~1991年在单、间作条件下分析了8个不同耐阴级别大豆品种子叶期的子叶、开花期末期功能叶的酯酶同工酶。结果表明:1.子叶期酯酶同工酶条带数比开花末期少,而带色和带宽则比开花末期深和宽;2.两个生育期不同耐阴级别品种则无自己的特征带,或在公共带上其带色和带宽呈现差异;3.开花末期单作和间作相比,间作缺少,B_3带和C_4带色、带宽较深和宽。 The paper reported esterase (ES) isozyme analysis of cotyledon in cotyledonous period and functional leaves in late flowering among 8 soybean varieties with differential shade-endurance classification in 1990-1991.Results as follows,1.Number of ES bands in cotyledonous period were less than late flowering, but colour and width of bands in cotyledonous period were deeper and broader than in late flowering. 2.Both shade-endurance and shade-nonendurance soybean varieties have its own characteristic ES bands and presented different color and width in common bands during the cotyledonous period and the late flowering respectively.3.Monoculture in contrasted to underscoring, the B3 band was deficient,the C4 band was richer colour and broader than undersowing soybean.
