Influence of BaTiO_3 on the properties of SnO_2-based CO gas sensors

摘要 通过掺入BaTiO3来调整SnO2基CO气敏元件的温度系数,进而改善气敏元件的长期稳定性。元件的各种性能与BaTiO3的性质和含量密切相关。当掺入质量分数为2%的含YCl3摩尔分数为0.4%的BaTiO3时,元件的烧结温度升高,抗酒精的干扰能力增强,元件的长期稳定性得到了改善。 ?The temperature coefficient of SnO2based CO gas sensors is adjusted by adding BaTiO3 into sensors materials,longterm stability of gas sensors is improved.Each property of the sensors is related with property and content of BaTiO3.When BaTiO3 whose mass fraction is 2% containing YCl3 whose mole fraction is 0.4% is added into the sensor materials,sintered temperature of the sensors is hightened,sensitivity of the sensors towards C2H5OH is also decreased,and longterm stability of the sensors is improved.
