摘要
介绍了一种用于现场粮食水分检测的电容式传感器,并对传感器的结构进行了优化计算,使得结构更合理。针对所设计的传感器设计了相应的检测电路,分析了该电路的原理,给出了调试结果,对粮食样品得出了具体的检测数据。
?A type of capacitive sensor used in moisture measurement in grain is presented.To make it more reasonable the configuration of the sensor is optimized.According to the sensor designed,the corresponding electronic circuit is schemed out.The principle of the circuit is analyzed and the emulation result is given.In the end,the measurement data of some grain samples is acquired.
