玉米Tuxpeno种族的配合力研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过测定玉米Tuxpeno种族产量、株高、穗位高以及播种至吐丝天数的配合力,结果表明:(1)玉米Tuxpeno种族材料之间的产量一般配合力效应(GCA)有显著差异,但与测验种之间的特殊配合力效应(SCA)无显著差异,Tuxpeno的GCA较高的材料有Tuxpeno—1766,Tuxpeno-496和Tuxpeno-486。根据Tuxpeno材料和测验种的一般配合力在很大程度上可以预测F_1杂种的产量;(2)Tuxpeno材料之间的株高、穗位高以及播种至吐丝天数的GCA有显著差异。Tuxpeno与测验种之间的SCA在株高和穗位高上也显著,这在改良Tuxpeno材料的植株高度时应予以考虑。 The incomplete diallel cross has been made by using 14 Tuxpeno collections as female parents and 3 inbred lines (testers) as male parents. Analysis was conducted for general and specific combining ability of grain yield, plant height, ear height and days from planting to silking.The results showed(l)in grain yield, general combining ability has a significant difference among Tuxpeno collections and no significant difference in specific combining ability.Tuxpeno 1766,Tuxpeno 496, and Tuxpeno 486 have higher general combining ability.The yield of hybrid between Tuxpeno collections and testers can be predicted according to their general combining ability. (2) general combining ability have significant difference in plant height,ear height and days from planting to silking,and specific combining ability also significant in plant height and ear height. So specific combining ability should be considered in improving and using Tuxpeno collections.
