小菜蛾幼虫乙酰胆碱酯酶和羧酸酯酶的活性与抗药性关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文对小菜蛾抗杀虫双、抗杀螟丹两个抗药性品系和敏感品系的乙酰胆碱酯酶和羧酸酯酶的活性进行了研究。结果表明:抗药性品系与敏感品系比较,乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性有显著差异,其活性从高到低为:敏感品系(S)>抗杀螟丹品系(RP)>抗杀虫双品系(RS)。羧酸酯酶活性无明显差异。 The AchE and carboxylesterase of diamond-back moth of resistance lines to dimehypo and padan and their sensitive lines were tested. The results obtained are summarized as follows:The activity of AchE remarkable different between resistance line and sensitive line to insecticides. And the activity of car boxylesterase was not remarkable different between resistance and sensitive lines.
