From the network management view, relationships between different dedicated networks in multitechnology network are analyzed. A conclusion is given, which relationships of network management systems of different dedicated networks are designed as associated relationships is preferable. Based on relationships discussed, architecture of network management system for multitechnology network is presented. The system construction and the management interface in the architecture are discussed. Some pivotal implementing technologies of the network management system for multitechnology network are introduced.
