完全双列杂交的容量对估算配合力、方差分量以及遗传力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 把20个玉米自交系按Griffing(1956)方法四配成完全双列杂交,作为总体。调查了单株产量性状。按容量(即一个完全双列杂交涉及的亲本个数)4、8、12、16、18分别从总体中抽出样本完全双列朵交,在每一个容量下,抽出了多个样本。对总体和样本分别进行配合力分析,通过对样本结果之间和样本结果与总体结果之间的比较,探讨了完全双列杂交的容量对估算配合力、方差分量以及遗传力的影响。作者建议完全双列杂交的容量应大于或等于12。 A complete diallel cross (as a population) was produced by crossing 20 maize(Zea Mays L.) inbred lines according to the method 4 of Griffing(1955). Randomized block design with three replications was used. The kernel weight per plant was investigated. Sample complete diallel crosses with size of 4,8, 12, 16, 18 were sampled from the population respectively (The number of inbred lines in a complete diallel cross was defined as the size). With everyone of these size, many samples were sampled. By comparing the estimates of samples with those of the population, the influence of size of complete diallel cross on estimating combining ability, variance components and heritability was explored. It was suggested that the size of a complete diallel cross should be 12 or more.
