黔东部分低产田两种酶活性与土壤性状关系的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文初步研究了黔东部分低产田过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶这一组氧化还原酶类的活性与低产田某些性状的关系及其在土壤肥力评价中的地位。结果表明:过氧化氢酶活性与土壤pH值、全磷、活性还原物质及C/N比呈显著的相关性,多酚氧化酶活性则与这些土壤性状无明显的相关性;这两种酶活性之间呈极显著的负相关系,但对中高产田来说,两种酶均具有较高的活性水平。因此,在评价水稻土的肥力时,应同时兼顾两种酶的活性水平。 The relationship beween a group of oxido-reductase (catalase and polyphenol oxidase) activity and some properties and the position of enzyme activity in fertility evaluation of low-yield paddy soils in east region of Guizhou were studied. The experimental results show that there are significant correlation between catalase activity and pH, total phosphate, active redutive substance, C/N, etc; insignificant correlation between polyphnol oxidase activity and above-mentioned soil properies; and significant negative correlation between catalase and polyphenol oxidase activity. The enzyme activity of middle-high-yield paddy soils is higher than that of low-yield paddy soils . For this reason, we must consider the total enzyme activity in evaluating fertility levels of paddy soils.
