Research Thinking of Acupuncuture & Moxibustion in the Treatment of Vascular Dementia (VD)

在回顾中西医对血管性痴呆病因、病机的认识及针灸治则的基础上 ,指出辨证循经取穴施术是针灸治疗本病所必须遵循的原则。立足于学科前沿、学贯中西医、寻找突破口是今后研究的总体方向。

On reviewing the knowledge of the etiology and pathogenesis of both TCM and West Medicine about VD,and the principle of acupuncute & moxibustion for VD,the authors point out that selection of points and methods on syndrome differentiation is the principle to comply in the treatment of VD.Integrated TCM with West Medicine,promoting each other to break it through is the research direction afterward.
