摘要
目的 调查镇江口岸鼠形动物体表寄生虫的情况 ,研究主要影响因素。方法 计算 4类生态环境中不同种类鼠形动物体表蚤类、蜱类、螨类和吸虱类的染虫率及染虫指数 ,分析鼠形动物的种类、性别、年龄及所处生态环境等因素对其体表寄生虫的影响 ,分析鼠密度、染虫率、染虫指数三者之间的相关关系。结果 码头区的鼠形动物染虫率最高 ,主要鼠种中褐家鼠的染虫率最高 ,寄生虫的优势种是鼠句鼠青赫刺螨 ,雌性鼠形动物的染虫指数高于雄性 ,成年鼠形动物的染虫指数高于幼鼠。鼠密度、染虫率、染虫指数三者之间有正相关关系。结论 体表寄生虫的感染情况与鼠形动物的种类、性别、年龄有密切关系 ,鼠密度。
Objective To investigte the infestation level by ectoparasites on the rodents in Zhenjiang port.Method Calculating the infestation ratio and ectoparasite,such as flea,tick,gamasid,chigger mite and polylpax indices on each rodent species in four different ecological habitats in the port region.Analyzing the influences of the rodent species ecological habitats and the age or sex of host to the relative intensity of ectoparasites.Analyzing the relative relation of the density of rodent,the infestation ratio and index.Results For the rodent in harbor area,the infestation ratio by ectoparasites was the highest.For rattus norvegicus in fodents the infestation ratio by ectoparasites in male rodent was higher than that in fcmale.The infestation index by ectoparasites in adult rodents was higher than in infant.The density of fodent,the infestation ratio and index have obverse ralation.Conclusion The infestation ratio of ectoparasites had close relationwith the species,the age or sex of host.The density of rodent,the infestation ratio and index have obverse vollelation.
