摘要
本文结合湿式多盘制动器设计与使用过程中存在的一些问题 ,就国内外学者对湿式多盘制动器摩擦副间对流换热机理、摩擦衬片压力分布规律、摩擦偶件温度场与应力场的分布、摩擦衬片与对偶钢盘的摩擦机理与制动噪音进行了综述 ;此外还对湿式多盘制动器的整体散热特性及其实验研究、整体设计参数多目标优化及其三维实体建模方面的研究内容进行了综述 ;并就湿式多盘制动器的某些研究内容 ,提出了新见解 ,进一步探讨了今后的研究方向。
In the paper, are summarized results of study both home and abroad on wet multiple brakes concerning mechanism of convection and heat exchange, rule of distribution of compressive stress, as well as of temperature and heat stress field, mechanism of friction and braking the noise. Besides, reviews relevant to heat dissipation characteristics, experimental and theoretical research aspects such as multiple object optimization design and three dimensional CAD modeling on wet multiple brakes are given as well. In the case of some issues new ideas and opinions about wet multiple brakes are put forward and new trends and development in the future are further probed into.
