猴头提取物对小鼠肠蠕动和排便影响实验研究

Study on the impacts of Hericium erinaceus extract on mice' s intestine peristalsis and defecation

本文以昆明种小鼠为研究对象,通过测定猴头提取物对正常水鼠小肠蠕动和排便指标,观察得到:猴头提取物对正常小鼠的肠蠕动有促进作用,实验组与对照组差异有显著性;猴头提取物对小鼠的体重无明显影响。实验组与对照组体重差异无显著性;猴头提取物对小鼠排便时间、排便频率和排便量影响的测定结果表明,猴头提取物可缩短便秘小鼠的首次排便时间,增加便秘小鼠的排便次数和排便重量。说明猴头提取物对小鼠的肠道运动功能有正向的调节作用。

In our experiments, the impacts of Hericium erinaceus extract on mice s intestinal peristalsis and defecation are observed.The results indicate: Hericium erinaceus extract can promote the mouse' s intestinal peristalsis, the differences between the experiment group and the comparison group are distinct.Hericium erinaceus extract has litde impact on the mouse' s weight, the differences between the experiment group and the comparison group are not distinct.The impacts of Hericium erinaceus extract on mouse' s time of defecation, ferquency of defecation and quantity of defecation are observed, the re-suits show that: Hericium erinaceus extract can shorten mouse's first defecation' s time, increase the frequency of mouse' s defecation and the quantity of mouse' s defecation.The results show that Hericium erinaceus extract has positive modulation on mouse' s intestinal movements.
