大椎穴点刺加拔罐治疗颅内高压综合征40例

Treatment of 40 cases of intracranial hypertension syndrome with pricking point GV 14 plus cupping

目的:观察大椎穴点刺加拔罐对静脉点滴甘露醇患者脑脊液压力的影响。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用静脉点滴甘露醇加大椎穴点刺拔罐治疗,对照组静脉点滴甘露醇治疗。结果:治疗组显效率(45.0％)明显高于对照组(17.5％),总有效率治疗组(82.8％)也明显高于对照组(60.0％),两组之间比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:大椎穴点刺加拔罐配合治疗对颅内高压综合征有良好的效果。

Objective To observe effect of priking Dazhui (GV 14) plus cupping on pressure of cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) in the patient with intravenous drip of mannitol. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated by intravenous drip of mannitol plus pricking Dazhui (GV 14) and cupping, and the control group with intravenous drip of mannitol. Results The markedly effective rate of 45.0% and the total effective rate of 82.8 % in the treatment group were higher than 17.5% and 60.0 % in the control group respectively, with a very significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Pricking Dazhui (GV 14) plus cupping has a good effect on intracranial hypertension syndrome.
