The effects of static magnetic field on the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells

摘要 目的 研究不同强度的恒磁场对人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖的影响。方法 体外培养的第 3代人脐静脉内皮细胞 ,分为对照组及不同剂量磁场组。各剂量磁场作用组的磁感应强度分别为 0 .0 5mT、0 .1mT、1mT、10mT、30mT、60mT和 10 0mT ,磁场作用时间均为 48h。用3H TdR法及MTT法测定细胞增殖。结果  0 .0 5mT组细胞增殖显著高于对照组 (0 .2 92± 0 .0 10对 0 .2 2 0± 0 .0 0 8,P <0 .0 5 ) ;0 .1mT组细胞增殖与对照组相比无明显差异 (0 .2 31± 0 .0 0 9对 0 .2 2 0± 0 .0 0 8,P >0 .0 5 ) ;其余剂量组细胞增殖均显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论  0 .0 Objective To investigate the effects of static magnetic field(SMF) on proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC). Methods The 3rd generation of HUVECs cultured in vitro were exposed to different intensities of magnetic field including 0.05mT, 0.1mT, 1mT, 10mT, 30mT, 60mT and 100mT, respectively, for 48 hours. Cell proliferation was measured with 3H TdR and MTT methods. Results As compared to the control group, the proliferative rate of the cells exposed to 0.05mT SMF was significantly higher(0.292± 0.010 vs 0.220±0.008, P <0.05), there was no difference between the 0.1mT group and control group (0.231± 0.009 vs 0.220±0.008, P >0.05), however, cell proliferation was attenuated significantly when SMF intensity was higher than 0.1mT( P <0.05). Conclusion 0.05mT SMF can accelerate the proliferation of HUVEC in vitro.
