手指腱鞘巨细胞瘤17例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 17 cases gaint cell tumor of tendon sheath in finger

目的 研究手指腱鞘巨细胞瘤的病因、手术方法、复发原因及预防措施。方法 17例手指腱鞘巨细胞瘤在指根麻醉下行手术切除 ,同时切除受累的腱鞘及滑膜组织。结果 13例1次治愈 ,4例复发 ,复发率为23.5% ,无肌腱粘连、关节僵硬等并发证。结论 手术切除是治疗腱鞘巨细胞瘤唯一有效的方法。切口宜选在指侧 ,术中止血完善 ,解剖精细 。

Objective To investigate pathogenesis, surgical treatment, cause of recurrence and prophylaxis of the giant cell tumor of tendon sheath in the finger. Methods Giant cell tumor of tendon sheath was radically resected, as well as the affected tendon sheath and synovium. Results 17 patients were treated among which 4 cases recurred. No tendon conglutination and anchylosis occurred. Conclusion Surgical therapy was the only effective treatment. The recurred case can also been cured. The incision should been located at the lateral side of the finger. The giant cell tumor and affected tissue should been removed completely
