粗针扇形刺加同名经巨刺治疗肩周炎疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of fan-shaped needling by thick needles combined with opposing needling on meridians of the same name for treatment of scapulahumeral periarthritis

方法:对116例肩周炎患者,辨经分型后,采用粗针扇形刺加同名经巨刺深透,同时配合TDP照射和肩关节功能活动等进行治疗观察。结果:治愈率78.45％,有效率99.14％,且各型之间,疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:粗针扇形刺加同名经巨刺等综合性疗法,对肩周炎疗效显著:且治愈快.治愈率高。

Methods 116 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were treated with fan-shaped needling by thick needles combined with opposing needling on meridians of the same name plus radiation of TDP. The functional activity of shoulder joint was investigated. Results The cured rate was 78.45% and the effective rate was 99.14% , and there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between various types (P>0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive therapy, fan-shaped needling by thick needles combined with opposing needling on meridians of the same name, has an obvious therapeutic effect on periarthritis of shoulder.
