In clinical diagnosis and treatment, he takes attention to syndrome differentiation of the Governor vessel and the Kidney Meridians and is good at 'spreading moxibustion'; in acupoint selection, he is good at application of five Shu points and source points; in treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion, he combined differentiation of disease with differentiation of meridians, complementing each other; in the manipulation of needling, he stresses treatment of spirit, Deqi (arrival of qi), keeping qi; in clinical treatment he is good at application of warming moxibustion.
